摘要
本文以开封市体育中心游泳馆屋面螺栓球网架结构工程为研究对象,阐述通过下方搭设满堂脚手架铺满脚手板,然后地面拼装成“一球三杆”或“一球四杆”吊装单元,采用塔吊进行吊装后组拼,组装过程中的下方脚手架顶托可以用来调节球节点高度和卸载等一些施工要点。希望本文的研究为螺栓球网架结构屋面施工的应用提供一定参考。
This paper takes the structural engineering of the roof bolted ball grid of the swimming pool of Kaifeng Sports Center as the research object,and expounds that the scaffolding boards are set up through the bottom scaffolding,and then the ground is assembled into a“one ball with three bars”or“one ball with four bars”hoisting unit.The tower crane is used for post-hoisting assembly,and during the assembly process,the lower scaffolding support can be used to adjust some construction points such as the height of the ball joint and unloading.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some reference for the application of bolted ball grid structure roof construction.
