摘要
该文从理法及治疗两个角度对《伤寒论》中涉及针灸治疗的部分进行总结分析。在理法上,《伤寒论》承袭了《黄帝内经》的理论,包括在《内经》时期完善的十二经脉系统,“实者泻之,虚者补之”的基本治疗原则以及“治未病”等学术思想。在治疗上,《伤寒论》有其独特之处。虽然《内经》讲针灸均可泻实补虚,但仲景在应用时泻实用针法,补虚用灸法。其治疗往往强调辨证,强调经脉,而略于针法、灸法。在应用时根据灸的优势,灵活的用灸治疗危重症。而其中也有对针灸禁忌的论述。通过对其理法及治疗的论述,得出《伤寒论》针灸治疗的概要,以期为现代临床提供可鉴之处。
The present study summarizes and analyzes the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in Treatise on Febrile Diseases from the perspectives of theory and treatment.In terms of theory,Treatise on Febrile Diseases inherited the theory of the Inner Canon of Huangdi,including the twelve meridians system improved in the period of the Inner Canon of Huangdi,the basic treatment principles of reducing the excess and supplementing for the deficiency,as well as the academic thought of“preventive treatment of disease”.Simultaneously,in the aspect of treatment,Treatise on Febrile Diseases has its unique features.Despite the proposal of reducing excess and tonifying deficiency via acupuncture and moxibustion in theInner Canon of Huangdi,Zhongjing used acupuncture to reduce excess and moxibustion to tonify deficiency.The treatment inTreatise on Febrile Diseases generally emphasized treatment according to syndrome differentiation and regulating meridians rather than simple use of acupuncture and moxibustion.In the application,moxibustion treatment was adopted for the treatment of critical illness according to the advantages of moxibustion.Besides,there was also a discussion on contraindications of acupuncture and moxibustion in this book.Collectively,on the basis of the discussion of the theory and treatment,this study summarizes the essentials of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment inTreatise on Febrile Diseases,which is expected to provide a potential reference for modern clinical practice.
