摘要
针对经坊煤业弱黏结复合顶板半煤岩巷岩层组合变化大,易冒顶、漏顶,严重影响掘进工作面掘进速度等问题,通过现场调研、理论分析、数值模拟、实验室实验及现场工业性试验等方法,系统揭示了弱黏结复合顶板巷道掘进工作面围岩破坏机理并进行了顶板稳定性研究。研发掘进工作面快速掘进强力掩护装备,提高掘进工作面顶板的完整性及巷道锚固质量,对于提升弱黏结复合顶板巷道掘进支护速度,缓解矿井紧张采掘关系具有重要意义。
Aiming at the problems of large changes in rock formation,easy roof caving and roof leakage of the semi-coal-rock roadway with weakly-bonded compound roof in Jingfang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,which seriously affected the driving speed of the excavation working face,through on-site investigation,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,laboratory experiments,field industrial tests and other methods,this paper systematically revealed the failure mechanism of the surrounding rock in the excavation working face of the roadway with weakly-bonded compound roof,and carried out the research on the stability of the roof.It is of great significance to develop strong shielding equipment for fast excavation of the excavation working face to improve the integrity of the roof of the excavation face and the quality of roadway anchorage for improving the driving and support speed of the roadway with weakly-bonded compound roof and ease the tense relationship of mining and driving in the mine.
