摘要
以花叶唐竹全绿叶(WG)、全白叶(WW)、条纹叶(SL)、条纹叶的绿色部分(SG)及条纹叶的白色部分(SW)5种表型叶片作为研究材料,测定其抗氧化系统参数,探讨花叶唐竹不同表型叶片的抗氧化功能差异。结果表明,条纹白叶中的GSH含量显著高于条纹绿叶,ROS含量显著低于条纹绿叶。白色叶肉细胞的MDA含量显著低于绿色部分,并且全白叶和条纹白叶的MDA含量都较低。白色叶肉细胞的APX、GR、POD、SOD活性均显著高于绿色叶肉细胞。全绿叶的APX、GR、POD、SOD活性显著低于其它4种叶片表型。总体而言,花叶唐竹白色叶肉细胞具有较强的抗氧化功能。
This reasearch took five different leaf phenotypes as the material,including whole green(WG),whole white(WW),stripe leaf(SL),the green part of SL(SG)and the white part of SL(SW).The plant leaves were explored by measuring their antioxidant system parameters to discover the difference in antioxidant function of leaves with different phenotypes.The results showed that GSH content in SW was significantly higher than that in SG,and the ROS content was significantly lower than in SG.The MDA content of the white mesophyll cells was significantly lower than that of the green parts,and the MDA content in WW and SW was lower.The activities of APX,GR,POD and SOD in white mesophyll cells were significantly higher than those in green mesophyll cells.The activities of APX,GR,POD and SOD in whole green leaves were significantly lower than those of the other four leaf phenotypes.In general,the white mesophyll cells of Sinobambusa tootsik f.luteoloalbostriata have strong antioxidant function.
