摘要
目的分析益气养阴活血法对结直肠癌术后化疗减毒增效的作用。方法选取2020年1月~2021年11月我院收治的48例结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组24例。对照组采用常规化疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用益气养阴活血法进行干预,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、毒副反应发生率、生活质量改善率以及治疗前后中医证候评分、免疫细胞指标。结果观察组的治疗有效率与生活质量改善率均高于对照组,毒副反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的中医证候评分以及免疫细胞指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的中医证候评分低于对照组,免疫细胞指标优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论益气养阴活血法对结直肠癌患者术后化疗具有减毒增效的作用,可增强机体免疫力,降低毒副反应发生率,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of Yi-Qi-Yang-Yin-Huo-Xie method on the toxicity and synergism of postoperative chemotherapy incolorectal cancer.Methods A total of 48 patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected as research objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,and the observation group(24 cases)was treated with Yi-Qi-Yang-Yin-Huo-Xie method on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of toxic and side effects,improvement rate of quality of life,TCM syndrome score and immune cell index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate and improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of toxic side effects was lower than that in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05 for each).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and immune cell index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the immune cell index was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of colorectal cancer patients with Yi-Qi-Yang-Yin-Huo-Xie method is beneficial to achieve the effect of reducing toxicity and enhancing efficacy of postoperative chemotherapy,enhancing immunity and reducing the incidence of toxic and side reactions,and effectively improving the quality of life and clinical symptoms of patients.
