摘要
‘尖波黄13号’系湖南省茶叶研究所从‘尖波黄’自然杂交后代中采用单株选育法育成的无性系茶树良种,其新梢芽叶色泽较常规茶树品种偏黄为其突出特征之一。现有研究表明,‘尖波黄13号’适制多种茶类,品质优良。本文综合介绍了‘尖波黄13号’的特征特性及其制红茶、黄茶、白茶、绿茶、黑茶等情况;提出利用‘尖波黄13号’基于其品种特性加工特色鲜明的个性化茶叶产品,以充分发挥与利用‘尖波黄13号’的品种价值,提升产业效益。本文可为‘尖波黄13号’的利用提供参考。
‘Jianbohuang 13’ is an improved tea cultivar bred from the natural hybrid progeny of ‘Jianbohuang’ through single plant breeding by Hunan Tea Research Institute.The color of its new shoots,buds and leaves is more yellow than that of conventional tea cultivars.Previous studies showed that ‘Jianbohuang 13’was suitable for making a variety of teas with excellent quality.This paper comprehensively introduced the characteristics of ‘Jianbohuang 13’and its black tea,yellow tea,white tea,green tea and black tea.It was proposed to process personalized tea products with obvious characteristics using ‘Jianbohuang 13’,so as to make full use of the value of ‘Jianbohuang 13’and improve industrial benefits.This paper could provide a reference for making full use of ‘Jianbohuang 13’in the future.
