摘要
在高等教育不断发展背景下,大学生就业问题已经成为社会各界广泛关注的热点。近年来国家对于发展职业教育高度重视,越来越多的学生步入到高等职业教育之中。高等职业教育以就业为导向,在其发展中面临着一些困难。以OBE理论为基础,构建高职学生分段式目标教育体系,能够改善高等职业教育面临的困境。
Under the background of the continuous development of higher education,the employment of college students has become a hot spot of widespread concern from all walks of life.In recent years,the country has attached great importance to the development of vocational education.However,higher vocational education is employment-oriented and faces some difficulties in its development.Based on OBE theory,constructing a segmented target education system for higher vocational students can improve the situation faced by higher vocational education.
