断路器分位防跳失败原因分析与整改措施 被引量:2

摘要 针对一个一次设备采用西门子3AP1FG断路器、二次设备采用国电南自PSL621C保护配置的110kV线路间隔防跳回路未配置就地机构分位防跳功能与远方操作箱分位防跳功能的情况,详细介绍防跳回路的工作原理及验证方法,通过分析防跳继电器动作时序发现,就地分位防跳功能缺失是由于断路器辅助触点变位快于防跳继电器动作时间所致,远方分位防跳功能缺失是由于保护操作回路中引入弹簧未储能触点闭锁合闸回路所致。根据规程要求,取消保护操作箱防跳功能,远方就地均采用机构本体防跳,试验验证了回路功能的正确性。 For a 110kV line bay configured with Siemens 3AP1FG circuit breaker for primary equipment and SAC PSL621C protection device for secondary equipment,there is a situation in which neither the local mechanism anti-bouncing nor the remote operation box anti-bouncing function is configured.The working principle and verification method of the anti-bouncing circuit are introduced in detail.Through the analysis of the action sequence of the anti-bouncing relay,it is found that the position of breaker auxiliary contact transfers faster than the action of the anti-bouncing relay makes the function of the local anti-bouncing lost,and spring energy storage contact is accessed to the closing circuit makes the function of the remote anti-bouncing lost.According to the standards,the protection operation box anti-bouncing function is removed and the mechanism control box anti-bouncing function is rectified.The correction of the solution is verified through test.
