摘要
目的:观察苍龟探穴联合针刺运动疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例肩周炎患者按照数字单双数法分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组应用苍龟探穴联合针刺运动疗法。对照组应用普通针刺治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后VAS评分、中医证侯积分、Neer评分系统和血清炎症因子水平。结果:治疗后两组患者VAS评分、中医证侯积分、Neer评分系统和血清炎症因子水平均较治疗前好转(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率93.3%(28/30),明显好于对照组的86.7%(26/30)(P<0.05)。结论:苍龟探穴联合针刺运动疗法治疗肩周炎可有效减轻局部炎症反应,提高患者关节自主活动功能,临床疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of pale turtle exploring cave needling combined with acupuncture motility therapy in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods:60 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)by digital odd-even number means.The treatment group was treated with pale turtle exploring cave needling combined with acupuncture motility therapy,whereas the control group was only treated with common acupuncture.VAS score,TCM syndrome integral,Neer score and serum levels of inflammatory factors were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:VAS score,TCM syndrome integral,Neer score and serum levels of inflammatory factors were all improved after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the improvements were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.01).The overall effective rate was 93.3%(28/30)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 86.7%(26/30)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of pale turtle exploring cave needling and acupuncture motility therapy can effectively relieve inflammatory reactions and improve the patient s joint autonomous mobility in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,with its significant clinical effect.
