电针减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤的机制研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 脑缺血再灌注损伤是脑梗死闭塞血管再通后出现的主要并发症,电针治疗可有效减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤,该疗法广泛应用于临床且疗效显著,相关机制研究日渐深入。通过检索总结近几年相关机制研究发现,电针减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用途径主要有:通过调控相关蛋白、信号转导通路减少细胞程序性死亡;降低兴奋性氨基酸毒性;调节细胞内钙稳态;通过增强氧化防御系统,减少自由基生成;通过减少细胞焦亡、调控小胶质细胞活化和调控炎性因子表达等方式抑制炎症反应的过度激活。后续可从各作用靶点、各作用途径之间的交叉影响入手进行更深入的探讨。 Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury(CIRI)is the main complication after recanalization of occluded vessels in cerebral infarction.Electro-acupuncture(EA)therapy is widely used in clinic to reduce CIRI and has a significant curative effect.This study summarized the relevant researches on the mechanisms in recent years.Results indicate that EA therapy can alleviate CIRI from the aspects of reducing programmed cell death by regulating related proteins and signal transduction pathways,reducing excitatory amino acid toxicity,regulating intracellular calcium homeostasis,reducing the generation of free radicals by enhancing the oxidation prevention system,inhibiting the over activation of inflammatory response by decreasing cell death,regulating microglia activation and regulating the expression of inflammatory factors.More in-depth research on the cross influence between each action target and each action pathway can be conducted in the future.
