肾结石患者输尿管钬激光碎石取石术后肾萎缩的影响因素

Influencing Factors of Renal Atrophy After Transurethral Flexible Ureteroscope Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in Patients with Renal Calculi

摘要 目的探讨肾结石患者输尿管钬激光碎石取石术(F-URS)后肾萎缩发生现状,并分析其影响因素。方法收集2019年2月至2021年2月郑州煤炭工业(集团)有限责任公司总医院接受F-URS治疗的64例肾结石患者临床资料,根据术后肾萎缩发生情况分为发生组和未发生组,各32例。统计两组基线资料,分析肾结石患者F-URS后肾萎缩发生的影响因素。结果发生组合并呼吸道感染、有肾积水、有糖尿病及高血压患者占比高于未发生组(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,合并呼吸道感染、有肾积水、有糖尿病及高血压是肾结石患者F-URS后肾萎缩发生的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论合并呼吸道感染、有肾积水、有糖尿病及高血压是肾结石患者F-URS后肾萎缩发生的危险因素。 Objective To investigate the current situation of renal atrophy after transurethral flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy(F-URS)in patients with renal calculi,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods The clinical data of 64 patients with renal calculi treated with F-URS in the General Hospital of Zhengzhou Coal Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.from February 2019 to February 2021 were collected.According to the occurrence of postoperative renal atrophy,the patients were divided into two groups:occurrence group and non occurrence group,with 32 cases in each group.The baseline data of the two groups were collected,and the influencing factors of renal atrophy after F-URS in patients with renal calculi were analyzed.Results The proportion of patients with combined respiratory tract infection,hydronephrosis,diabetes and hypertension of the occurrence group were higher than that of the non occurrence group(P<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that complicated respiratory tract infection,hydronephrosis,diabetes and hypertension were the risk factors of renal atrophy after F-URS(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory tract infection,hydronephrosis,diabetes and hypertension are the risk factors of renal atrophy after F-URS.
