摘要
目的:建立一种定量评估模型,为研究医疗设备报废工作提供数据支撑。方法:基于层次分析法建立医疗设备报废评估模型,根据《卫生装备质量分级和转级、退役与报废通用技术条件》并结合生物医学工程领域多位资深专家的有关实践经验,选择并设置影响设备报废的关键指标并分为不同等级,将拟报废设备与各个指标的不同等级进行对应,通过计算得出拟报废设备的关键度指数,然后与所设定阈值比较进而得到拟报废设备是否应该报废。将某疗养中心拟报废的20台(件)医疗设备作为样本,将报废评估模型的评估结果与实际决策结果进行对比以验证模型的可行性。结果:20台(件)医疗设备中仅有3台出现了评估结果与实际决策不符的情况,符合率达到了85%。结论:基于层次分析法的医疗设备报废评估模型可对设备的报废进行量化评估,在设备报废论证时能够作为有益参考。
Objective To establish a quantitative evaluation model to provide data support for medical equipment scrapping.Methods A medical equipment scrapping evaluation model was established based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The key indicators affecting the scrapping of equipment were selected,set and divided into different levels according to"General technical conditions for quality grading and transfer,retirement and scrapping"and the experience of several experts in the field of biomedical engineering.The criticality index of the equipment to be scrapped was calculated by corresponding the equipment to different levels of each index,and then compared with the set threshold value to determine whether the equipment should be scrapped.The results of the scrapping evaluation model were compared with the actual decision results to verify the feasibility of the model with the 20 pieces of medical equipment to be scrapped as the samples.Results Only 3 out of 20(pieces)of medical equipment showed a discrepancy between the assessment results and the actual decision,with a compliance rate of 85%.Conclusion The AHP-based medical equipment scrapping quantitative evaluation model provides references for the demonstration of medical equipment scrapping.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2022,43(8):59-63]
