摘要
催化裂化催化剂生产装置高温回转炉系统旋转闪蒸干燥设备、进料绞笼、润滑系统等关键部位存在各种问题,介绍了高温回转炉的旋转闪蒸干燥设备、进料绞笼、润滑系统等关键部位的改造:通过优化改造旋转闪蒸干燥设备塔内料嘴和反射锥体,有效地解决了设备运行周期短、产能达不到要求的问题,皮带寿命从2h提升至720h,产能从170kg/h提升至700kg/h;通过将一体式进料绞笼改为可分离式进料绞笼,同时在原有滑动轴承的外侧设置挡板且采用在挡板上设顶丝孔的方法,解决了检修维护过程难度大、强度高、耗时长的问题;通过采用油泵润滑系统解决了拖轮和挡轮轴承润滑问题,采用石墨润滑系统解决了拖轮和滚圈表面润滑问题,改善了现场环境。通过上述优化改造,提高了高温回转炉的稳定运行率和生产效率,降低了设备故障率,消除了安全环保隐患。
There were many problems in the key parts of high temperature rotary furnace in FCC catalyst production unit,such as rotary flash drying equipment,feeding cage and lubrication system.This paper introduces the transformation of these key parts.By optimizing and reforming the nozzle and reflection cone in the tower of rotary flash drying equipment,the problems of short operation period and low production capacity of the equipment were effectively solved.The service life of belt was increased from 2h to 720h,and the production capacity was increased from 170kg/h to 700kg/h.By replacing the integral feeding cage with detach-able feeding cage and setting baffle plate at the outer side of the original sliding bearing with screw holes on the baffle plate,the problem of difficult,high-intensity and long-time-consuming maintenance was solved.Oil pump lubrication system was used to solve the bearing lubrication problem of supporting wheel and blocking wheel,and graphite lubrication system was used to solve the surface lubrication problem of supporting wheel and rolling ring,thus improving the working environment.Through the above-mentioned optimization and transformation,the stable operation rate and production efficiency of the high temperature rotary furnace were improved,the equipment failure rate was reduced,and the potential hazards in safety and environmental protection were eliminated.
