摘要
为提高雷达装备上用于信号传输的半刚射频同轴电缆的成形质量和制造效率,提出了一种微细半刚电缆高精度、自动化、全流程制造方法,并研制了一套新型三维成形自动化设备。分析了电缆制造过程中校直、切断、剥线、成形之间的联系,确定了电缆新型三维成形设备的结构,并采用正交实验法对电缆成形进行了优化,选定了最优成形参数。满足雷达装备电子装配需求,填补了国内空缺。
In order to improve the forming quality and manufacturing efficiency of this kind of cable, a fine semi-rigid cable was proposed with high precision, automation, full process manufacturing method, and a set of three-dimensional forming automation equipment has been developed at the same time. The relationship between straightening, cutting, stripping and forming in the cable manufacturing process wasanalyzed, and the structure of the cable three-dimensional forming equipment was determined. The cable shaping was optimized, and the optimal shaping parameters were selected. It meets the needs of radar equipment electronic assembly and fills the domestic vacancy.
