摘要
新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控背景下高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻,吸纳高校毕业生的岗位明显减少,社会的需求与人才的供给不相匹配,就业的结构性冲突凸现,新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控使教学、培训和人才选聘出现了新的变化,这给高校毕业生就业工作造成了前所未有的困境。为突破这一困境,高校需要在国家宏观就业政策、产业结构转型的背景下,主动在人才培养模式和专岗匹配教育等方面进行改革,切实促进高校毕业生顺利就业。
The employment of college graduates is becoming severer under the background of ongoing COVID-19 response.The number of positions to absorb college students is significantly reducing,the supply of talents is mismatched with the needs of the society,structural conflicts of employment are serious,and the ongoing COVID-19 response has brought new changes to teaching,training and talent selection.Therefore,all these have brought unprecedented dilemma to the employment of college graduates.In order to make a breakthrough,it is necessary to make full efforts in the reform of the talent cultivation mode and the education matching special positions of colleges and universities so as to promote the smooth employment of graduates under the background of the country’s macro employment policy and industrial restructuring.
