摘要
采用整群随机抽样法,在成都市、南充市和绵阳市三个市选取12所幼儿园共228名教师,运用幼儿园教师职业幸福感量表、教师工作生活质量问卷和幼儿园教师工作投入量表进行问卷调查,探讨幼儿园教师工作幸福感与工作投入的关系,并考察其工作生活质量在工作幸福感与工作投入之间的中介作用。结果表明:幼儿园教师工作幸福感与工作投入之间显著正相关;工作生活质量在工作幸福感与工作投入之间起着部分中介作用。提升幼儿园教师的工作幸福感,能使他们拥有较高水平的工作生活质量,从而促进他们的工作投入。
By adopting cluster sampling,a questionnaire survey of 228 kindergarten teachers from 12 kindergartens in Chengdu City,Nanchong City and Mianyang City was conducted to investigate the relationship between kindergarten teachers’work well-being and work engagement and examine the mediating role of work-life quality between work well-being and work engagement by using kindergarten teachers’work well-being scale,teachers’work-life quality questionnaire and teachers’work engagement scale.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between kindergarten teachers’work well-being and work engagement.The work-life quality plays a partial mediating role between work well-being and work engagement.Improving kindergarten teachers’work well-being can help them to possess a higher level of work-life quality,so as to increase their work engagement.
