摘要
本文分析了北京中医医院顺义医院职能部门绩效考核存在的问题及原因,并以平衡计分卡为理论基础,将医院战略目标转换为与职能部门绩效管理需求相契合的考核指标,构建了包括财务、服务对象、内部业务流程、学习与成长四个维度的体系框架,为其他医疗机构开展职能部门绩效考核提供创新性思路和科学参考。
Based on the balanced score card theory,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the performance appraisal of the functional departments of Shunyi Hospital,Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,transforms the strategic objectives of the hospital into the appraisal indicators that meet the performance management needs of the functional departments,and constructs the appraisal system framework including four dimensions of finance,service object,internal business process,and learning and growth,to provide innovative ideas and scientific reference for other medical institutions to carry out performance appraisal of functional departments.
