Objective To explore the application effect of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol in the anesthesia of ectopic pregnancy surgery and the influence on stress risk of patients. Methods 110 patients with ectopic pregnancy surgery in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given propofol for anesthesia, and the observation group was given dexmedetomidine combined with propofol for anesthesia. The related clinical indicators, heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The wake-up eye opening time, consciousness recovery time and orientation recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).At T_(1),the HR of the two groups decreased, but the HR of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At T_(1) and T_(2),the MAP of the two groups decreased, but the MAP of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.27%,lower than 21.82% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Dexmedetomidine combined with propofol has significant effect in the anesthesia of ectopic pregnancy surgery, can reduce the stress risk and make patients recover quickly after surgery.
