摘要 文章分析了20CrMnTi齿轮钢连铸结瘤原因。介绍了根据八钢炼钢现场实际装备情况,探索在没有RH炉(或VD炉)真空脱气的情况下,采用转炉冶炼-钢包LF炉精炼-连铸的工艺路线生产齿轮钢.实践表明,通过工艺优化,控制钢中合理的铝钛比,进行钙处理,明显改善了钢水可浇性,连浇炉数由2~4炉提升至9炉以上。 This paper analyzes the cause of nodulation of 20 CrMnTi gear steel during continuous casting. According to the actual situation of steelmaking equipment at Bayi Steel, the process route of converter smelting ladle LF refining continuous casting is explored to produce gear steel without vacuum degassing in RH furnace(or VD furnace). The practice shows that by optimizing the process, controlling the reasonable Al Ti ratio in the steel and carrying out calcium treatment, the castability of molten steel is obviously improved, and the number of continuous casting furnaces is increased from 2 to 4 to more than 9.
