摘要
【目的】清除药用野生稻保护区内的芦竹,保护野生稻适宜生长。【方法】2018年对药用野生稻保护区内的芦竹进行不同药剂和不同配比药剂浓度的试验,通过设置三轮试验选出最佳处理药剂方案,在2019年和2020年把筛选出的最佳处理药剂方案在昭平县药用野生稻保护区内进行推广应用。【结果】结果表明,最佳处理药剂方案为32%滴酸·草甘膦水剂80倍液+20%敌草快水剂250倍液+世佳水动力农用增效助剂1500倍液,防治效果达到93.60%;2019—2020年推广应用,野生稻出现逐年增长的趋势。【结论】该配方可作为清除芦竹的药剂推广应用。
【Objective】Protecting the growth of wildrice in conservation area was achieved by removing giant reed.【Method】In 2018,the experiment of giant reed were carried out with diferent agents and concentrations on oryza officinalis in conservation area,and the best treatment agents were selected through three rounds of tests.In 2019 and 2020,the selected best treatment agents were promoted and applied in the conservation area of Zhaoping County.【Result】The results showed that the best treatment formula was 32%2,4-D·glyphosate solution(diluted 80 times)+20% diquat solution(diluted 250 times)+trisiloxane assistant(diluted 1500 times),and the control efficacy reached 93.60%.Since the popularization and application of this formula from 2019 to 2020,the oryza officinalis showed a trend of increasing year by year.【Conclusion】The formula can be widely applied as an agent for the elimination of giant reed.
