摘要
环境响应型纳米载体材料是一种可对外界环境如温度、pH、酶等做出改变的生物响应材料,由于可控的孔道结构以及负载率高的优点,使其成为生物、环境、医药等领域的研究热点。具有缓控释性能的纳米载体材料可以使防腐剂达到定时、定位的释放效果,已经应用于农药制剂的控释方面,以延长防腐剂持效时间,减少环境污染的同时降低防腐剂使用量。木材易受木腐菌的侵蚀从而缩短使用寿命。针对含铬和砷等成分的木材化学防腐剂的滥用会造成环境污染的问题,综述了环境响应型纳米载体材料的种类和制备方法,并对具有缓控释特性的纳米载体材料在木材保护领域的应用进行了展望。
Environmentally responsive nano-carrier material is an emerging bioresponsive material that can change with the external environment such as temperature,pH,enzymes,etc.Due to the controllable pore structure and high drug loading rate,it has become a research hotspot in the fields of biology,environment,food,medicine,and so on.Carrier with slow controlled release properties of nano materials can enable the drug to achieve timing,positioning of drug release effect.At present,environment responsive nano-carrier materials have been widely used in the controlled release of pesticide formulations,which can prolong the effective time of drugs,reduce environmental pollution and reduce the amount of drug.Wood is susceptible to degradation by wood-rotting fungi and shortens its service life.The abuse of wood chemical preservatives containing chromium and arsenic will cause environmental pollution,in this article,the types of environmentally responsive nano-carrier materials and current preparation methods were reviewed.The application prospect of the slow and controlled release characteristics of environmentally responsive nano-carrier materials in the wood protection field was also prospected.
