摘要 德国应用科学大学以培养高层次复合型、具有国际视野的应用型人才为目标。其在专业的类别、形态和理念建设维度体现满足社会产业发展需求的导向,在转向学习领域课程改革的活动中塑造了理实并重的课程特色,在育人模式上注重整合校企优势打造协同育人机制,以严格的标准推动师资队伍结构化发展。借鉴应用科学大学的发展经验,我国职业本科院校建设需要充分发挥政府力量,加快建立相关政策制度,科学确立其人才培养目标和发展定位,持续强化以产教融合为特征的办学模式,进一步加强“双师型”教师队伍建设,为培养应用型的高素质技术技能人才服务。 German universities of applied sciences aim to cultivate applied talents of high-level and interdisciplinary quality with an international perspective. It reflects the orientation of meeting the needs of social industry development in the dimensions of category, form and concept construction of the specialty, shapes the characteristics of the curriculum with equal emphasis on both theory and practice in the activities of turning to the curriculum reform in the field of study, focuses on integrating the advantages of schools and enterprises to create a collaborative education mechanism in the education model, promotes the structured development of the teaching staff with strict standards. Drawing on the development experience of universities of applied sciences, China’s vocational undergraduate colleges need to give full play to the power of the government, speed up the establishment of relevant policies and systems, scientifically establish its talent training goals and development orientation, continue to strengthen the school-running model characterized by the integration of production and education, and further strengthen the construction of “double-qualified” teacher team. These measures are aimed at cultivating application-oriented high-quality technical and skilled talents.
