摘要
以武汉江夏方舱医院为例,基于“三焦气化说”探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease2019,COVID-19)的致病原因及其中医药防治策略,指出本疫情是由于内外因合邪,使三焦气化失常,水液输布障碍所致,治疗应以调节上中下三焦气机,恢复三焦正常气化功能为目标,应祛湿与宣畅气机并举,以恢复阴阳二气合和状态;达到“零转重,零死亡,零感染”目标,同时缩短病程,减少轻型及普通型向重型转化的几率,充分发挥中医药特色优势。
By taking Wuhan Jiangxia mobile cabin hospital as the example,the pathogenic factors of COVID-19 and its preventive and therapeutic strategies of TCM are discussed based on "Qi transformation theory of three energizers",it is pointed out that the pandemic is due to the combination of internal and external pathogenic factors,which led to the gasification disorder of three energizers and the obstruction of water and liquid transportation,the therapy should aim at regulating qi movement in three energizers and restoring normal function of Qi movement in three energizers,which should eliminate the damp and drain Qi movement simultaneously,in order to restore the equilibrium between Yin and Yang;to achieve the goal of“zero critical,zero death,zero infection”,in the meantime,to shorten the course of the disease,to reduce the incidence of mild or common type to critical type,which could fully give play to the unique advantages of TCM.
