摘要
目的研究奥硝唑治疗口腔厌氧菌感染的临床效果。方法98例口腔厌氧菌感染患者,随机分为常态组和探析组,各49例。常态组采用替硝唑治疗,探析组采用奥硝唑治疗。比较两组治疗效果、厌氧菌清除情况、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后免疫学功能指标、炎症因子。结果探析组患者治疗总有效率95.92%、厌氧菌清除率89.80%均高于常态组的79.59%、65.31%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者CD4+/CD8+、白细胞介素-6及C反应蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,探析组患者CD4+/CD8+(1.79±0.44)高于常态组的(1.17±0.45),白细胞介素-6(45.38±14.47)pg/ml及C反应蛋白(3.34±1.64)mg/L低于常态组的(56.79±16.54)pg/ml、(5.52±2.68)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探析组不良反应发生率4.08%低于常态组的16.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑治疗口腔厌氧菌感染相比替硝唑的临床效果及细菌清除率更佳,可有效改善炎症反应,提高机体免疫能力,且用药安全性高,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of ornidazole treatment for oral anaerobic infection.Methods A total of 98 patients with oral anaerobic infection were randomly divided into normal group and analysis group,with 49 cases in each group.The normal group was treated with tinidazole,and the analysis group was treated with ornidazole.The therapeutic effect,anaerobe clearance,occurrence of adverse reactions,immunological function indexes and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the analysis group was 95.92%and the clearance rate of anaerobe was 89.80%,which were higher than 79.59%and 65.31%in the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of CD4+/CD8+,interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the CD4+/CD8+(1.79±0.44)in the analysis group was higher than(1.17±0.45)in the normal group;the interleukin-6(45.38±14.47)pg/ml and C-reactive protein(3.34±1.64)mg/L in the analysis group were lower than(56.79±16.54)pg/ml and(5.52±2.68)mg/L in the normal group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 4.08%in the exploration group was lower than 16.33%in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ornidazole has better clinical effect and bacterial clearance rate than tinidazole in the treatment of oral anaerobic infections,and can effectively improve the inflammatory response and enhance the immunity of the body.It is safe to use,and is worthy of promotion and application.
