摘要
目的探讨结直肠癌化疗患者采用思维导图教育联合需求评估护理对治疗依从性及自我感受负担的影响。方法选取2020年6月-2021年5月在本院接受化疗的结直肠癌患者共计70例,按照随机摸球法分为A组(n=35)和B组(n=35),B组采用常规护理干预,A组采用思维导图教育联合需求评估护理干预,比较两组治疗依从性、自我感受负担、护理满意度及生存质量。结果与B组相比,A组治疗依从性明显更高(P<0.05),护理满意度评分明显更高(P<0.05);两组干预后自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分明显降低(P<0.05),与B组相比,A组明显更低(P<0.05);两组干预后癌症患者生存质量量表(QLQ-C30)评分明显更高(P<0.05),与B组相比,A组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤化疗患者采用思维导图教育联合需求评估护理方案,能够明显提高患者治疗依从性、护理满意度及生存质量,降低患者自我感受负担。
Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping education combined with needs assessment nursing on treatment compliance and self-perceived burden in patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of 70 patients with colorectal cancer who received chemotherapy in our hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into group A(n=35)and group B(n=35)according to the random ball-touch method.Group B received conventional nursing intervention,and group A received mind mapping education combined with needs assessment nursing intervention.Treatment compliance,self-perceived burden,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with group B,the treatment compliance of group A was significantly higher(P<0.05),nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher(P<0.05);After intervention,the self-perceived burden Scale(SPBS)score of the two groups was significantly lower(P<0.05),and that of group A was significantly lower than group B(P<0.05).Quality of life Scale(QLQ-C30)scores of cancer patients in both groups were significantly higher after intervention(P<0.05),compared with group B,group A was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping education combined with needs assessment nursing program can significantly improve patients’treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and quality of life,and reduce patients’self-perceived burden.
