摘要
目的:分析优质护理在重症监护室(ICU)鲍曼不动杆菌交叉感染患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年12月-2018年12月浏阳市中医医院重症医学科收治的72例鲍曼不动杆菌交叉感染患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组及研究组,各36例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施优质护理。比较两组患者住院时间及护理满意度。结果:研究组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以ICU鲍曼不动杆菌交叉感染患者优质护理,可有效缩短患者住院时间,提高患者护理满意度,故应予以推广。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing in intensive care unit(ICU)patients with Acinetobacter baumannii cross-infection.Methods:From December 2016 to December 2018,72 patients with Acinetobacter baumannii cross-infection who were admitted to the Department of Critical Care Medicine,Liuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given high quality care.The hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing care for patients with Acinetobacter baumannii cross-infection in ICU can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,so it should be promoted.
