摘要
目的:分析疼痛控制护理在创伤性骨折患者中的应用及对术后康复的影响。方法:选择2020年10月-2021年10月在南华大学附属第三医院,实施骨折手术的88例患者开展研究,将患者随机分成参照组与试验组,各44例,参照组运用常规护理,试验组则基于常规护理上实施疼痛控制护理,比较两组患者的疼痛强度、肿胀值、住院时间、骨折愈合时间与护理满意度评分。结果:护理前,两组的疼痛强度和肿胀值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组疼痛强度评分和肿胀值均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的住院时间、骨折愈合时间都短于参照组,而护理满意度评分则高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对骨折手术患者实施疼痛控制护理,能够有效缓解患者手术之后的疼痛感,改善其肢体肿胀情况,缩短患者的骨折愈合时间,促使患者尽快康复,值得推荐。
Objective:To analyze the application of pain control nursing in patients with traumatic fracture and its influence on postoperative rehabilitation.Methods:A total of 88 patients who received fracture surgery in the Third Affiliated Hospital of South China University from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected to carry out this study,and the patients were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with 44 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given pain control nursing based on routine nursing.The pain intensity,swelling value,length of hospital stay,fracture healing time and nursing satisfaction scores of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in pain intensity and swelling value between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the pain intensity score and swelling value of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the length of hospital stay and fracture healing time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the reference group,while the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of pain control nursing for patients with fracture surgery can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of patients,improve their limb swelling,shorten the fracture healing time,and promote the recovery of patients,which is worthy of recommendation.
