摘要
利用泡沫扫描分析仪(FOAMSCAN)采用鼓气法测定了月桂酰基谷氨酸钠(LES)在不同阳离子条件下的泡沫性能,对比了无机盐和有机盐对表面活性剂泡沫稳定性的影响,发现除四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)外,添加盐能够明显促进表面活性剂泡沫的稳定性,而对起泡性的影响不明显,TBAB体现明显的消泡性。此外,盐的浓度同样对表面活性剂的泡沫性能有影响。实验结果表明,大部分盐随着浓度的增加,表面活性剂泡沫的稳定性先增加后减弱。
Ion specific effects(Hofmeister effects)widely exist in protein,polymers,surfactants and various other association colloids systems.The Hofmeister effects on the aggregation properties of cationic,anionic,and nonionic surfactants,and their mixed systems are reviewed.From the perspective of intermolecular interactions,the mechanism of organic and inorganic salt effects on ionic surfactant aggregations are discussed and the causes of ion specific effects are analyzed through some classical theoretical models and methods.At the same time,the relationship between the performance of surfactant foam and Hofmeister effect is summarized.Finally,a personal view on the research direction of surfactant Hofmeister effect is presented according to the role of surfactant in practical application.
