我国体育学学科评估排名问题审视

Examination of Evaluation and Ranking of Physical Education Disciplines in China

摘要 在“双一流”建设战略背景下,教育部学位中心组织的学科评估成为一项具有中国特色的学科制度,受到社会各界广泛关注。《第五轮学科评估工作方案》提出了“多元呈现评估结果”的新举措,基于新的政策背景,对我国体育学学科评估排名问题进行辨析。研究认为:学科评估具有权威性、综合性和成效性三个方面的特征;过去20年间学科评估帮助体育学界明确了学科建设内涵,形成了学科竞争机制,有效推动了体育学的学科建设工作。目前学科评估排名办法主要存在两个方面的不足:一是现行的总分排名办法不利于凸显体育学特色与建设成效,难以激励学位点的内涵式建设;二是统一的排名办法不利于构建体育学的“丛林生态”,影响各学位点的特色发展。提出优化体育学学科评估排名办法的两项具体措施:一是实施动态化的学科排名;二是实施分类学科排名办法,以此更好地推进我国体育学的内涵式建设。 Under the background of the“double first-class”construction strategy,the discipline evaluation organized by the Academic Degree Center of the Ministry of Education has become a system with Chinese characteristics,which has attracted extensive attention.The newly released Work Plan for the Fifth Round of Discipline Evaluation puts forward a new measure of“multiple presentation of evaluation results”.Based on the new policy,the paper analyses the evaluation and ranking of physical education disciplines in China.The results show that the discipline evaluation has three characteristics of authority,comprehensiveness and result orientation.In the past 20 years,the discipline evaluation has helped the sports academic circles clarify the connotation of discipline construction and form the discipline competition mechanism,and effectively promoted the discipline construction.There are two deficiencies in the discipline evaluation ranking method.The current total score ranking method is not conducive to highlight the characteristics and construction results of the sports discipline,and it is difficult to stimulate the connotative construction of the academic degree conferrers.The unified ranking method is not conducive to the construction of the“jungle ecology”of physical education and affects the characteristic development of each academic degree conferrer.The paper puts forward two specific measures to optimize the evaluation and ranking method of physical education:one is to implement dynamic discipline ranking and the second is to implement the ranking method of classified disciplines,so as to better promote the connotative construction of physical education in China.
