摘要
为解决船舶柴油机由于增压器选型过大而导致柴油机瞬态工况响应时间过长的问题,增压器个数由2个增加到4个,通过对八缸共用一根排气管和四缸共用一根排气管的布置形式进行计算分析,同时对不同的排气管布置形式单独进行配气相位优化。通过计算对比发现:八缸共用一根排气管的布置形式各缸均匀性以及经济性更优,低速动力性更好。两种布置方案的发动机瞬态响应性差别较小,综合分析,八缸共用一根排气管的布置形式发动机性能更优。
In order to solve the problem that the transient response time of the diesel engine is too long due to the excessive selection of the supercharger,the number of superchargers is increased from 2 to 4,the arrangement of the eight cylinders and the four cylinders sharing one exhaust pipe is calculated and analyzed,and the different exhaust pipe arrangement forms are optimized separately.The uniformity and economy of each cylinder in the layout form of the eight cylinders sharing one exhaust pipe are found to be better and the low-speed dynamics are better.The two arrangement schemes is less different,and the comprehensive analysis shows that the engine performance of the eight cylinders sharing a single exhaust pipe arrangement is better.
