商用车电控硅油风扇转速高故障分析与优化 被引量:2

摘要 本文通过商用车用主流风扇类型的工作原理介绍,总结分析了电控硅油闭环类型风扇的优缺点,并基于一款匹配电控硅油闭环类型风扇的商用车试验数据,分析电控硅油风扇转速偏高但无故障码这类软故障的原因。结合电控硅油风扇控制机理和机械原理,本文将排查分析经验固化成诊断逻辑并生成故障码,方便及时提醒用户和降低能耗浪费,为电控硅油闭环风扇转速异常偏高的一类软故障提供诊断分析方法。 In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the electrically controlled silicone oil closed loop fan are summarized and analyzed by introducing the working principle of the mainstream fan type for commercial vehicles.Based on the test data of a commercial vehicle matching the electrically controlled silicone oil closed loop fan,the reasons for soft faults such as high speed but no fault code are analyzed.Combined with the control mechanism and mechanical principle of electronically controlled silicone oil fan,this paper solidifies the troubleshooting and analysis experience into diagnostic logic and generates fault code,which is convenient to remind users in time and reduce energy consumption waste,and provide diagnosis and analysis method for a kind of soft fault with abnormally high speed of electronically controlled silicone oil closed loop fan.
