摘要
为了解决现有矿山给药设备无法满足管理者集中控制的难题,打破时间和地点的限制,同时能为将来科学研究提供有效和全面的数据,开发了基于TCP/IP的药剂集中远程控制系统。该系统集成并优化了选矿厂分散的给药系统,为选矿工程师及操作人员者提供了一个稳定药剂控制平台。控制系统上位机采用WinCC组态软件二次开发,同时通过WinCC与Excel通讯,实现生成Excel报表。
In order to solve the problem that the existing mine drug delivery equipment can not meet the centralized control of managers,break the restrictions of time and place,and provide effective and comprehensive data for future scientific research,a centralized remote control system of medicament based on TCP/IP is developed in this paper.The system integrates and optimizes the decentralized dosing system of the concentrator,and provides a stable reagent control platform for beneficiation engineers and operators.The upper computer of the control system adopts WinCC configuration software for secondary development,and realizes Excel report through WinCC and Excel communication.
