摘要 为了预防和解决燃气轮机发电机组中频繁出现的清吹故障,保障机组安全稳定运行,对9E清吹系统进行了详细介绍,并针对9E燃气轮机的清吹系统动作逻辑和清吹故障报警逻辑进行深入挖掘和阐述,结合现场故障案例将清吹故障分类,每一类分别从故障现象、故障原因和应对措施进行总结归纳。结果发现:长期高温、高压和振动是引起清吹故障的主要原因。定期检查校验清吹相关阀门、开关和清吹管路是常见的应对措施。 In order to prevent and solve the frequent purging faults in the gas turbine generator set and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit,the 9E purge system was introduced in detail,and the action logic and purge fault alarm logic of 9E gas turbine purge system were deeply excavted and described.Combined with the on-site fault case list,the purging faults were classified and summarized from the fault phenomena,fault causes and countermeasures.The results show that long term high temperature,high pressure and vibration are the main causes of purge failure.Regular inspection and calibration of purge related valves,switches and purge pipelines are common countermeasures.
