摘要
该文运用文献计量学的方法,对1992—2022年间中国知网期刊全文数据库中有关兽药残留检测研究的864篇文章进行年度发文量、论文分布、论文被引频次和下载次数及关键词进行统计分析,以期全面了解兽药残留检测的研究进展和前沿态势。结果发现,该领域正在大发展期,发文量逐年增加;载文期刊分布相对集中,发文机构主要是我国科研机构和高等院校,研究层次普遍为基础性研究,影响力和关注度在逐年增加。研究领域集中于利用超高效液相色谱、液相色谱串联质谱和QuEChERS等方法对以猪、鸡产品为主的动物产品中抗生素、磺胺和喹诺酮类药物残留进行免疫分析、快检及多残留检测的技术研究,代表兽药残留检测的前沿。
This paper uses bibliometric methods to statistically analyze the annual number of publications,distribution of papers,frequency of citations and downloads,and keywords of 864 articles on veterinary drug residue testing in the full-text journal database of China Knowledge Network between 1992 and 2022,with a view to gaining a comprehensive understanding of the research progress and cutting-edge situation of veterinary drug residue detection.The results show that the field is undergoing a period of great development,with the number of publications increasing year by year.The distribution of publications in the journals is relatively concentrated,the publishing institutions are mainly Chinese research institutions and universities,the research level is generally basic research,and the influence and attention is increasing year by year.The research field focuses on the rapid detection and multi-residue detection of antibiotic sulfa quinolones in pig and chicken animal products by ultra-performance liquid chromatography(UHPLC) liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(QuEChERS) and other methods,which represents the frontier of veterinary drug residue detection.
