不同干燥方式对鱼腥草中挥发性成分的影响 被引量:4

Effects of different drying methods on volatile components in Houttuynia cordata

摘要 目的探讨不同干燥方式对鱼腥草中挥发性成分的影响,为鱼腥草药材的干燥加工方式选择提供参考。方法以鱼腥草鲜品、阴干品、烘干品和冻干品为研究对象,采用GC-MS法比较不同类型鱼腥草中挥发性成分的差异,进一步以GC图谱比较不同类型鱼腥草样品中主要成分的含量。结果不同类型鱼腥草中所含挥发性成分存在一定差异,鱼腥草各种干品的成分数量均明显多于鲜品;总共鉴定出105种成分,其中,鲜品73种、阴干品90种、冻干品101种、烘干品103种,所有样品的检出率均大于80%。以选定的10种主要成分的定量结果表明:不同类型鱼腥草质量优劣排序为鲜品>阴干品>冻干品>烘干品。结论鱼腥草阴干品的内在质量更接近于鲜品,其次为冻干品,烘干品与鲜品的内在质量差距最大。为保证鱼腥草药材的质量,建议鱼腥草初加工方式为阴干处理。 OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of different drying methods on volatile components in Houttuynia cordata Thunb.(HC),and to provide reference for the drying and processing methods of HC.METHODS Taking fresh,dried in the shade,oven-dried and freeze-dried HC as the research objects,the differences of volatile components in different types of HC were identified and compared by GC-MS,and the contents of main components in different types of HC samples were further compared by GC spectrum.RESULTS The volatile components in different types of HC were different,and the number of components in dried HC was significantly more than that in fresh HC.105 kinds of components were identified in this study,including 73 kinds of fresh HC,90 kinds of dried in the shade,101 kinds of freeze-dried,and 103 kinds of oven-dried HC.The detection rate of all samples was more than 80%.The results showed that the quality order of different HC was fresh>dried in the shade>freeze-dried>oven-dried.CONCLUSION The internal quality of dried in the shade is closer to that of fresh products,followed by freeze-dried products,and the difference between oven-dried products and fresh products is the biggest.In order to ensure the quality of HC,it is suggested that the initial processing method of HC should be dry in the shade.
