摘要
目的调查短缺药品区域储备协作管理情况,为推进地级市内短缺药品供应保障提供参考。方法梳理药品短缺储备协作和管理情况,结合专家访谈的方式,就短缺药品供应保障和区域协作建设进行调查和分析。结果短缺药品供应保障和区域储备协作取得一定经验,信息化调拨和监管、合理性审核等药学内涵建设有待进一步加强。结论坚持政府主导,强化配套政策,完善分级应对措施,发挥区域协作优势,加快药学服务信息化建设。
Objective To investigate the cooperative management of regional reserve of shortage drugs in our city,and to provide reference for promoting the supply guarantee of shortage drugs in the prefecture level cities.Methods To sort out the collaboration and management of drug shortage reserves in our city,and conduct investigation and analysis on the supply of shortage drugs and the construction of regional cooperation in combination with expert interviews.Results Some experience was gained in the cooperation of supply guarantee and regional reserve of medicine shortage in our city.The construction of pharmaceutical connotation such as information transfer,supervision and rationality examination should be further strengthened.Conclusion We should adhere to the government leading,strengthen supporting policies,improve the graded countermeasures,give full play to the advantages of regional cooperation and accelerate the construction of pharmaceutical service information.
