摘要
为探索中医药国际发展策略,更好地服务全球人民健康,本文基于四洲十八国中医药发展现状,从卫生健康状况、中医医疗与教育发展概况等方面入手,分析中医药国际推广面临的问题,针对不同国家实际情况提出中医药发展策略及建议。目前,中医药国际发展环境日趋良好,针灸被越来越多的国家认可并纳入医保,中医医疗与教育已具备一定基础,但部分国家中医药发展水平依然有限。中医药国际发展正面临针灸与中药等不同疗法国际发展不均衡、中医药与当地医疗体系尚欠融合、中医教育培训系统有待完善等问题。基于此,建议通过针对不同国家的高发疾病发挥中医药诊疗特色,继续推动针灸发展的同时带动中药及其他疗法的国际应用;通过深化不同层次、不同形式的中医教育培训,提高专业人士与民众对中医药的认可度;通过加强与其他传统医学的交流合作,共同推进中医药的国际传播与推广。
To explore the international development strategy and better promote the global popularization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).This article analyzed the challenges of international development of TCM and put forward the development strategies and suggestions for different countries from the aspects of health status,TCM practice and education development.At present,the international development environment of TCM is becoming more and more favorable;acupuncture and moxibustion is recognized by many countries and included by their health insurance;TCM practice and education already have a certain foundation,but the level of development of TCM in some countries is still limited.The international development of TCM faces challenges such as the uneven development of different treatments such as acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine,the lack of integration between TCM and the local medical system,and undevelopment of TCM education and training system.Thus,it is suggested to continually promote the development of acupuncture and moxibustion to drive the international application of Chinese herbal medicine and other therapies by giving full play to the characteristics of TCM in diagnosis and treatment for high-incidence diseases;to improve the recognition of TCM of professionals and the public through deepening the education and training of TCM at different levels and forms;and to jointly promote the dissemination of TCM internationally by strengthening exchanges and cooperation with other traditional medicines.
