摘要 为实现剩余污泥减量化、无害化和资源化处理,对河南省新郑市某生活污水处理厂的污泥进行好氧堆肥处理,将污泥和玉米秸秆粉适量混合,控制碳氮质量比为22∶1,考察添加不同比例的有效微生物(effective microorganisms,EM)菌液对活性污泥好氧堆肥发酵过程中主要理化指标及微生物种群数量的影响。结果表明:与不添加EM菌液的堆肥相比,添加质量分数0.32%EM菌液的堆肥在发酵第10 d时细菌、真菌和放线菌数量较对照组分别提高3.6倍、4.6倍和4.9倍,达到1.7×10^(10) CFU/g、5.6×10^(6) CFU/g和5.9×10^(8) CFU/g;pH值和氨氮含量更高,全氮含量、含水率和有机质含量逐渐下降,全磷含量稳步上升;添加质量分数0.24%和0.32%EM菌液的堆肥经过23 d的发酵后氨氮含量降至0.4 g/kg以下,说明适量EM菌液的添加可加快活性污泥好氧堆肥发酵速度。综合考虑堆肥腐熟期、成本和肥效等指标,添加质量分数0.24%EM菌液进行活性污泥好氧堆肥发酵效果较好。 In order to realize the reduction,harmlessness and resource utilization,the excess sludge sampled from a domestic sewage treatment plant in Xinzheng,Henan province,was mixed with corn straw powder to maintain the C/N ration of 22∶1 and then composted in aerobic way.The effects of different dosages of EM microbial solution on the physical and chemical indexes and microbial population in the composting process were investigated.The results showed that the population of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes were augmented and the higher pH value and ammonia nitrogen content were observed in the compost with 0.32%EM microbial solution compared with the control on the 10 th day of composting,and meanwhile,total nitrogen content,water content and organic matter content were declined while total phosphorus content was increased with the composting process.After 23 days of composting,the ammonia nitrogen content of the compost added with 0.24%and 0.32%EM microbial solution decreased to<0.4 g/kg meeting the requirements of decomposition.This indicates that the addition of an appropriate amount of EM microbial solution can accelerate the aerobic composting process of activated sludge.Considering the maturity time,cost and fertilizer efficiency,the addition of 0.24%EM microbial solution is appropriate.
