基于网管告警分析的重载铁路通信设备故障诊断系统研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着朔黄铁路通信网络系统及网管系统不断发展扩大,网络中发生一个或多个故障时可能会触发大量的告警数据有待分析处理,而大量告警数据会给故障处理维护带来诸多不便之处。基于此,对朔黄铁路通信设备的故障诊断智能运维管理进行研究,提出一种基于网管告警分析的故障诊断系统方案。通过对采集的不同专业子系统的告警数据采用清洗、转换、标记、索引等方式进行预处理,并对大量告警数据采用过滤、叠加、工程标记等方式进行收敛,对收敛后的告警数据以业务为牵引根据时间相关性、事件相关性、资源相关性进行相关性分析,结合专家经验进行故障诊断,形成故障工单的闭环处理流程。同时通过经验与案例模块不断积累告警处理经验、故障处理案例,优化故障诊断,不断提高朔黄铁路通信网络故障处理效率,减少运维成本,提高运维效率和行车安全水平。 With the continuous development and expansion of the communication network system and network management system of Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway,one or more faults in the network can trigger a large number of alarm data to be analyzed and processed,which can cause inconvenience to fault processing and maintenance.Therefore,the intelligent operation and maintenance management of the fault diagnosis of communication equipment for Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway was studied,and a fault diagnosis system scheme based on network-management alarm analysis was proposed.The collected alarm data of different professional subsystems were preprocessed by cleaning,conversion,marks,and indexes,and massive alarm data was converged by such methods as filtration,superposition,and engineer marks.Upon convergence,correlation analysis was conducted on the alarm data according to time correlation,event correlation,and resource correlation with business as the guidance.Then,in view of expert experience,fault diagnosis was conducted to form a closed-loop processing flow for a fault work order.Meanwhile,alarm processing experience and fault processing cases were accumulated through the experience and case module to optimize fault diagnosis,continuously improve the fault processing efficiency of the communication network for Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway,reduce operation and maintenance costs,and raise operation and maintenance efficiency and train operation safety.
