摘要
在我国建设高质量教育体系、完善终身学习体系、加快建设学习型社会、全面推进家庭教育、实施“双减”政策等教育发展的新形势下,家校社协同育人的重要性被提到前所未有的高度。相较于过去的家校社三结合教育,新形势下的家校社协同育人呈现出育人对象从在校学生转向所有社会成员、育人目标从工具性回归“立德树人”初心、育人重心从只注重儿童青少年教育转向注重终身教育、育人方式从无序合作转向有序协调的新特点。与此同时,新形势下的家校社协同育人也被赋予了新的价值:助力完善终身学习体系,建设学习型社会;助推“双减”政策实施,构建良好教育生态;推进教育现代化,特别是家庭教育和社会教育现代化;全面提高教育质量,建立高质量教育体系。为此,新形势下的家校社协同育人在机制建设上应当以三方协同的育人理念为内在动力,进一步明晰三者间的职责和关系,建立起相应的教育制度作为根本保障,并在管理机构建设、分类分层育人、专业性提升等方面加强探索。
Under the new situation of building a high-quality education system, improving the lifelong learning system, accelerating the construction of a learning society, comprehensively promoting family education and implementing the“double reduction”policy, the importance of family-school-society collaborative education has been raised to an unprecedented level. Compared with the past three-in-one education, family-school-society collaborative education under the new situation shows that the target of education is shifted from students in schools to all members of the society, the goal of education is shifted from instrumental intention to the original intention of“fostering virtue through education”, the focus of education is shifted from only focusing on children and youth education to lifelong education, and the way of education is shifted from disorderly cooperation to orderly collaboration. At the same time, the family-school-society collaborative education has been empowered with new values: to help improve the lifelong learning system and build a learning society, to promote the implementation of the“double reduction”policy and build a good education ecology, to promote the modernization of education,especially the modernization of family education and social education, and to comprehensively improve the quality of education and establish a high-quality education system. Accordingly, family-school-society collaborative education should take the concept of tripartite collaboration in education as the inner motivation, further clarify the responsibilities and relationships among the three, establish corresponding education regulations as the fundamental guarantee, and strengthen the exploration in the construction of management institutions, the classification and stratification of education, and the professionalization.
