摘要
某油田注入管道、油集输管道失效占比高,分别为总失效次数的29.59%和68.24%,为有效降低管道失效率,文中利用扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱、电化学性能检测等对注入及油集输管道的腐蚀成因进行分析,并提出相应的治理措施,通过措施的制定和实施,将减少管道失效400余次,减少直接经济损失148.8万元/a,同时,大幅减少由于介质泄露造成的人身伤害、环境污染等安全环保事件,为油田注入和油集输管道的腐蚀防护奠定基础,具有一定的现场指导意义。
Because injection pipeline and oil pipeline failure ratio is high with the 29.59% and 68.24%of the total failure times,to effectively reduce the pipeline failure rate,the injection and causes of corrosion of oil pipeline are analyzed and put forward a series of control measures by using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, electrochemical performance test. Even to the most point,through the formulation and implementation of measures,it will reduce the pipeline failure more than 400 times and reduce the direct economic loss of 1.488 million yuan/year.At the same time, it is greatly reduced the personal injury caused by media leakage, environmental pollution and other safety and environmental protection events to lay a foundation for oilfield injection and oil gathering pipeline corrosion protection and have a certain field guidance significance.
