摘要
信息化浪潮从0到1、从1到无穷大,在半个多世纪里快速席卷地球的每一个角落和每一个人。中国教育信息化在这其中长期扮演着追随者和学习者的角色,从50年前的广播教育、40年前的电视教育、30年前的多媒体CAI教育、20年前的网络教育,到10年前的移动教育无不如此。文章从科学技术视角回顾教育领域亲历的从信息化到数字化的发展、研究、应用历程,从文化历史视角阐述人类认识宇宙、地球、人类自身演变所需要的创新。通过阐述元宇宙的技术基础和文化基础,提出在数字化上半场到数字化下半场转型的关键时期需要加大加快科技创新和文化创新的双创新融合、增强文化自信、促进元宇宙教育发展的必要性和重要性,通过元宇宙教育的难得机遇真正迈开中国教育信息化在新时代的创新步伐。
Surprisingly within more than half a century,the tide of informatization has grown from nothing to something and even to infinity,which has quickly spreaded across the world and influenced every person.In this tide,Chinese informatization education has been acting as both a follower and learner:from radio education 50 years ago,TV education 40 years ago,multimedia CAI education 30 years ago,network education 20 years ago to mobile education 10 years ago,etc.This paper reviews the development,research and application process from informatization to digitalization in the field of education,from the perspective of science and technology,and expounds the innovation needed by human beings to better understand the universe,the earth and the evolution of human beings,from the perspective of culture and history.This study,based on technology and cultural foundation of metaverse,explains the necessity and importance of this crucial period of digital transformation to integrate scientific&technological and cultural innovation in a faster speed,to enhance cultural confidence,and to promote metaverse education,in order to seize the golden chance of metaverse and head forward towards China’s informatization education innovation in the new era.
