摘要
通过分析2016—2020年陕西省乡村两级卫生人力资源配置公平性和变化趋势,收集2016—2020年陕西省卫生人力资源相关数据,从地理、人口角度计算不同地市和地区的资源集聚度,分析陕西省乡村卫生人力资源配置的公平性。结果表明,2016—2020年,陕西省各地市、各地区卫生人力资源按面积配置不均衡,且有加剧趋势;人口分布公平性明显优于地理分布公平性。政府应充分考虑地理因素对卫生人力资源供给和利用的影响,着重提高陕北乡村医疗服务的地理可及性。
By analyzing the fairness and change trend of township hospital and village clinics health human resources allocation in Shaanxi Province from 2016 to 2020,collecting the relevant data of health human resources in Shaanxi Province from 2016 to 2020,calculating the resource concentration of different cities and regions from the perspective of geography and population,and analyzing the fairness of rural health human resources allocation in Shaanxi Province.Results from 2016 to 2020,the allocation of health human resources by area is unbalanced in cities and regions,and the trend exacerbated.The fairness of population distribution is obviously better than that of geographical distribution.The government should fully consider the impact of geographical factors on the supply and utilization of health human resources,and focus on improving the geographical accessibility of rural medical services in Northern Shaanxi.
