摘要
目的浅析剖宫产术后出血的护理方法以及预防出血的效果。方法本次研究对象共计50例,均筛选自2019年1月至2021年5月,为同时在本院实施剖宫产手术的产妇,在系统抽样法基础上做研究小组划分,25例常规组产妇接受常规护理,25例试验组产妇接受优质护理干预,对比护理及产后出血预防效果。结果术后2 h、24 h试验组产妇比常规组有着更少的出血量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后试验组产后出血率为4.00%、切口感染率为0,分别低于常规组的24.00%和16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组产妇对护理的总满意率高于常规组(96.00%vs.72.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产术后出血患者进行优质护理,能够提高产后出血预防效果,在临床中值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the nursing methods of bleeding after caesarean section and the effect of preventing bleeding.Methods A total of 50 subjects in this study were selected from January 2019 to May 2021.For the puerperae who underwent caesarean section at the same time in our hospital,they were divided into research groups on the basis of systematic sampling method,and 25 puerperae in the routine group received routine nursing,25 puerperae in the experimental group received high-quality nursing intervention,and the effects of nursing and postpartum hemorrhage prevention were compared.Results At 2 hours and 24 hours after the operation,the experimental group had less bleeding than the routine group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the postpartum hemorrhage rate and incision infection rate in the experimental group were 4.00%and 0,which were lower than those in the routine group,which were 24.00%and 16.00%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of puerperae in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group 96.00%vs.72.00%respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing for patients undergoing cesarean section can improve the prevention effect of postpartum hemorrhage,and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
