摘要
目的 比较下颌运动描记仪、蜡(牙合)记录以及CBCT测量重度磨耗患者前伸髁道斜度的一致性;下颌运动描记仪、蜡(牙合)记录测量其侧方髁道斜度的一致性,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法 从河北医科大学口腔医院修复科就诊的患者中选取16例重度磨耗患者,使用Zebris下颌运动描记仪和蜡(牙合)测量受试者的前伸髁道斜度和侧方髁道斜度,利用CBCT及相关软件测量受试者的前伸髁道斜度。结果 下颌运动描记仪测量结果的一致性好于蜡(牙合)记录及CBCT测量,其测量的前伸髁道斜度与蜡(牙合)记录法相比有统计学差异(P<0.05),与CBCT法相比无统计学差异(P>0.05);下颌运动描记仪测量的侧方髁道斜度与蜡(牙合)记录法相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 对于重度磨耗患者使用下颌运动描记仪获取的前伸、侧方髁道斜度一致性好,操作便捷,有良好的临床推广价值。
Objective To compare the consistency of the sagittal condylar inclination with mandibular motion recording device, wax recording and CBCT and the consistency of the transversal condylar inclination with mandibular motion recording device and wax recording in patients with severely worn dentition, so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical application. Methods 16 patients with severely worn dentition were chosen from the Department of Prosthodontics, Stomatological Hospital of Hebei Medical University, the sagittal condylar inclination and transversal condylar inclination were measured by Zebris mandibular motion recording device and wax, also use CBCT and other related software measuring the sagittal condylar inclination. Results The consistency of the results measured by mandibular motion recording device was better than measured by wax recording and CBCT. There was significant difference in the sagittal condylar inclination between mandibular motion recording device and wax recording(P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between mandibular motion recording device and CBCT(P >0.05);There was no significant difference in the transversal condylar inclination measured by mandibular motion recording device and wax recording(P >0.05). Conclusion For patients with severely worn dentition, the sagittal and transversal condylar inclination obtained by mandibular motion recording device have good consistency, convenient operation and good clinical promotion value.
