摘要
铁路煤炭运输抑尘是推进铁路绿色运输发展的一项基础工作,对改善铁路沿线环境、防止煤炭资源浪费具有重要意义。通过总结铁路煤炭运输抑尘研发与试验、推广与应用、质量提升各阶段发展重点,分析抑尘作业点选址、煤炭装载状态、抑尘设备配置及状态、抑尘质量监控等方面对煤炭运输抑尘质量的影响,以及存在的深层次问题,提出煤炭运输抑尘高质量发展策略,重点采用推进源头装车与抑尘一体化、推进抑尘质量自动化监控、建立抑尘问题溯源体系等措施,从根源上解决限制抑尘质量提升的瓶颈,为构建完善的抑尘技术体系和管理体系创造条件。
Dust suppression of railway coal transportation is a basic content of promoting the development of green railway transportation and is significant for improving the environment along the railway and preventing the waste of coal resources. By summarizing the respective focus of the development stages of research and test, promotion and application, and quality improvement for dust suppression of railway coal transportation, this paper analyzed the impact of site selection for dust suppression operation, coal loading state, configuration and status of dust suppression equipment, and monitoring of dust suppression quality on the dust suppression quality of coal transportation, as well as the deep-seated problems. A high-quality development strategy for dust suppression of coal transportation was proposed, namely, to address the root causes of the bottleneck restricting the improvement of dust suppression quality by prioritizing measures such as promoting the integration of source loading and dust suppression, advancing the automated monitoring of dust suppression quality, and building traceability systems for dust suppression problems, thereby paving the way for the construction of a robust technology system and management system for dust suppression.
