摘要
采用静摩擦系数检测仪分析漆包线表面光滑度,研究绝缘层结构及自润滑涂层厚度、表面油含量以及表面漆瘤缺陷对漆包线表面光滑度的影响规律。研究结果表明:自润滑涂层厚度增加,静摩擦系数降低,有利于提升表面光滑度;漆包线光滑度随着表面油含量的不断增加,静摩擦系数先是逐渐降低,之后逐渐上升;漆包线表面存在漆瘤缺陷,会明显降低产品表面光滑度。因此,自润滑层厚度、表面油含量的控制以及减少表面漆瘤对高光滑度漆包线的生产具有十分重要的意义。
Test the surface smoothness of enamelled wire by static friction coefficient detector, the effects of insulating layer structure, self-lubricating coating thickness, surface oil content and lacquer tumor defect on the surface smoothness of enamelled wire were studied. the result of research shows that with the increase of self-lubricating coating thickness, the static friction coefficient is lower, which is beneficial to improve the surface smoothness. With the increase of surface oil content, the static friction coefficient gradually decreases, and then increases gradually with the increase of oil content. The presence of lacquer tumor defect on the surface of enameled wire reduces the product surface smoothness. It is very important to control the thickness of self-lubricating layer and the content of surface oil and to reduce the surface paint nodules for the production of high smoothness enamelled wire.
