摘要
某高氧化率铜矿含铜3.48%,铜氧化率为59.15%。采用直接浸出工艺时,矿石中的大部分硫化铜矿物因无法浸出而损失到尾渣中,导致矿石铜浸出率较低。为了解决该问题,对矿石中的硫化铜资源进行选矿工艺技术研究,从而提高资源利用率。针对矿石中含泥矿物较多,对浮选过程干扰严重,选矿指标相对较差等问题,采用戊基黄药+BK402组合捕收剂及“一粗两扫四精+精扫选”工艺,实现了该矿物中硫化铜矿物的有效回收,闭路试验获得的指标为:铜精矿产率3.74%,铜品位35.62%,酸溶铜品位3.61%,铜回收率38.07%。研究为该类型铜资源的开发利用提供了参考依据。
There is 3.48% copper grade and 59.15% copper oxidation degree in a highly oxidized copper ore. A lot of copper sulphide was lost in leaching residue when using the agitation leaching technology. And the copper leaching efficiency was very low.In order to resolve this problem and improve the resource utilization efficiency, the mineral processing technology for copper sulphide recovery was carried out. For the flotation affected by the relatively high clay content, the technology with one-roughing, two-scavenging,four-cleaning and clean-scavenging using PAX and BK402 as dual-collector has been adopted which realized the recovery of copper sulphide from the raw ore. And the locked-cycle test index is: 3.74% of copper concentrate yield rate, 35.62% of copper grade, which contains acid soluble copper 3.61%, 38.07% of copper recovery rate. Some references have been provided for those similar copper resource development.
