摘要
煤炭深部开采伴随的高地应力问题容易造成工作面顶板压力积聚,严重时甚至使工作面局部冒顶。对此,以黄陵一号煤矿624工作面为研究背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟及现场监测方式,对624工作面端头顶板卸压措施提供方案并现场应用。结果显示,随着钻孔直径的不断增大,工作面卸压效果逐渐明显,考虑现场施工因素,确定最终的卸压钻孔参数为孔径24 mm,间排距300 mm×2 000 mm,通过监测624工作面第160#支架的支架载荷发现,施工卸压钻孔后,在累计监测的19 d时间内,支架载荷均未超过40 MPa的临界值,卸压效果明显,有效保证624工作面的安全回采。
The problem of high ground stress associated with deep coal mining is easy to cause the accumulation of roof pressure in the working face,and even local roof fall in serious cases.In this regard,taking the 624 working face of Huangling No.1 Coal Mine as the research background,through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and on-site monitoring,the pressure relief measures for the roof at the end of 624 working face are provided and applied in the field.The results show that with the continuous increase of drilling diameter,the pressure relief effect of the working face is gradually obvious,considering the on-site construction factors,the final pressure relief drilling parameter is determined as the hole diameter of24 mm,Spacing between rows 300 mm × 2 000 mm.By monitoring the support load of the 160# support of 624 working face,it is found that after the construction drilling pressure relief,the support load does not exceed the critical value of 40 MPa within 19 days of cumulative monitoring,and the pressure relief effect is obvious,which effectively ensures the safe mining of624 working face.
