摘要 为了吸取东部地区的经验及教训,伴随西部大开发的进程,在前人提出的绿色开采概念的基础上,论述了我国西部地区煤矿绿色开采核心技术的发展现状。通过对支撑西部地区煤矿高效高质量发展的绿色开采技术发展的分析,阐述了我国西部地区保水采煤的工程地质及水文地质的特点;介绍了保水采煤地质条件预测的经验公式法、三图预测法、常用实测方法。同时,从西部地区充填、窄条带等保水采煤方法的工程实践出发,介绍了地下水转移储存保水采煤工程实践与煤水仿生共采理念以及主动型矿区生态环境综合治理与防治技术体系的理念,系统总结了保水开采的技术目前存在的问题以及西部地区绿色开采技术未来的发展方向。 In order to learn from the experience and lessons of the eastern region and with the development of the western development,on the basis of the concept of green mining proposed by the predecessors,summarizes the development status of the core technology of green mining in coal mines in Western China.Through the analysis of the development of green mining technology supporting the high-efficiency and high-quality development of coal mines in the western region,the characteristics of engineering geology and hydrogeology of water conservation coal mining in the western region of China are expounded;This paper introduces several methods for predicting geological conditions of water conservation coal mining,namely empirical formula method,three map prediction method and common measurement method.At the same time,starting from the engineering practice of water conservation coal mining methods such as filling and narrow strips in the western region,introduces the engineering practice of groundwater transfer storage water conservation coal mining,and the concept of coal water bionic co-mining,as well as the comprehensive management and prevention technology system of active mining area ecological environment,systematically summarizes the current problems of water conservation coal mining technology and the future development direction of green mining technology in the western region.
